I would love to go to that place and stay at the nicest accommodation in town.

We've not been to the Missoni hotel and I doubt we will -- though that's a good price for all they offer in that package. I've seen the pictures you've posted and even though the view is gorgeous, there's something about the 'retro' interior that doesn't feel homey or inviting to me. It almost scares me in some really odd way. The Convention Center/Royal Suites have a more inviting interior and private pools, unfortunately I'm not aware of any holiday specials they're having right now. Perhaps I'll get over my Brady Bunch childhood trauma and visit the Missoni one day :) We're definitely looking forward to the Messila Beach Hotel opening -- should be interesting.
ReplyDeleteWow! Missoni looks amazing and stylish! Is it as good as the Hilton?
ReplyDeleteAmerican Girl ~ LOL! I want to try the Royal Suites with their private pool as well. They look really nice. I can't wait for the Messila Beach Hotel and spa to open. Hopefully we don't have to rob a bank to pay for it. ;) The Missoni might look a bit Euro trash (heehee) or like an acid trip (BB's line) but it's really comfortable and spacious. Their view and beds are out of this world! Happy New Year :*
ReplyDeleteSnob ~ I like the rooms and spa better than the Hilton. However, I do miss many things about the Hilton (private beach / breakfast) and will return when it gets warmer. Unless Messila Beach Hotel opens up and allows me to stay their with my girl friends. ;)
