I wish I knew how to cook a Turkey. Happy Thanksgiving to you and thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteKenneth - the rule is (according to my mom) 20 minutes of cook time per pound. You've got to thaw it for a few days in the refrigerator first. You can also "cheat" by using roaster bags. Just rub the turkey first with oil and seasonings, pop it in the bag, pop it in the oven, and you're good to go!
ReplyDeleteExpat - I got mines from AJ yesterday. :) Lulu Qurain has whole cranberries as well as canned. :)
