I just read on my friend, Taz's, Blog Bananaq8 that a new breakfast cafe will open soon in Fintas, Kuwait. I LOVE the name! It's just fabulous like the 1980's retro movie and soundtrack.
We have high expectations for this local restaurant and wish that they do really well. Hopefully they will have good food, quality and variety. They should also have adequate seating for inside and possible outside dinning. My Hayati loves going out for breakfast so I will let him be the judge.

Update: Now that it's officially open to the public we finally tried it for breakfast.

ReplyDeleteFintas is off 30 but don't try to drive there or you could get lost. BTW, are you treating us all to breakfast? ;) We should open a cafe called Bloggeretta's! Wouldn't that be cute? But we need to hire good people to do all the work. So we can just drink coffee and play hostess.

ReplyDeleteI finally tried their breakfast this morning. Hayati had the American Breakfast and he said it was good. What's up with the beans? That's British y'all! ;P
ReplyDeleteI had their pancakes with Nutella and veal bacon. The pancakes were good but really small. I thought they looked cute. However, the veal bacon was not good at all. I didn't even finish it after two bites. They should use beef bacon instead or get a better quality veal.
I think it's a cute place and the food is pretty good. :)
