Speak Kuwaiti

Speak and understand Arabic like a Kuwaiti.  There are 600 sentences and 1000 words inside the book.  From everyday conversation to the language of friendship.  This is a guide to Kuwaiti Arabic as it's really spoken.

This is the 1st Edition by K. Ahmad Ali published in 2011.

This book was a present from my Hayati who requested that I learn to speak some Kuwaiti before we get married.  This book is very helpful but I think I need to quit my job, hire a full time tutor and drink several bottles of wine. ;)

  2. Hey Ambrosial ~ Missed you. Loool, wait till you hear me 'trying' to speak Kuwaiti. I sound like the female version of Forrest Gump. ;) I know a little but not enough. His English is flawless which makes me look bad.

  3. I like the idea of this dictionary. I guess it would make expats' communication with non-English speaking Kuwaitis a lot easier.

  4. It reminded me of the the short educational movie I watched 13 years ago called "how to speak minnesota."
